This product was designed for individuals who wish to enroll in a gifted program and are required to take the CogAT test. Additionally, we are targeting folks who wish to improve their capacity to think logically. The Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT), on the other hand, is not a regular standardized test. CogAT assesses students' reasoning, problem-solving, and logic ability. As a result, there are numerous knowledge points, and it may be difficult for customers to synthesize the critical elements.
To understand our customers‘ pain points, goals, and motivations, we conducted customer interviews with 30 potential customers that fit this background.
What did we ask?
Person background
Persona product interest
How persona learns about the product
How persona buys and expects to buy the product
How persona will get & expect to get product
How will persona use product (use case)
How will persona be billed and pay for the product
What & How does the customer expect from vendors post-sales support
Persona product needs
Persona top pain points
We learned our customers' biggest pain point is that
"There are too many key points and plenty of questions to go through, and I do not have that much time to summarize on my own, neither prepare with my kids"
"I'm very stressed because I couldn't find information about the Gifted program in Seattle. I don't know what to prepare and where to apply. "
